Outings

Here is a sampling of some of the outings Troop 222 does. Each scout family is granted access to TroopTrack, where they can view the entire troop calendar, RSVP for meetings and activities and check on their scout’s progress.

The purpose of this list is to give new prospective families and the public some general information on the kinds of Troop activities we participate in.

In addition to daily and overnight outdoor activities each month, Troop 222 also regularly attends a one-week Summer camp at scout camps within California, and chooses one of the four BSA High Adventure Camps to attend each Summer:

Philmont Scout Ranch (New Mexico 2013, 2017, 2019, 2022)

Northern Tier (Minnesota/Canada 2015, 2021)

Sea Base (Florida 2014, 2023)
