[Troop222All] Scoutmaster Updates: December 7th, 2013 – Merit Badge Midway Signups

We really need to improve on our communication skills: When an RSVP request goes out for an event, it is imperative that EVERYONE respond quickly (like within the week).  Imagine while planning your wedding if only 5 guests had RSVP the week before your wedding.  Were the invitations lost?  Does no one want to come?  How much food do we need?  Do we have to postpone?  Was there a major conflict that we did not know about?
How do you think your son would feel when he organizes an event and no one lets him know if they will be there?
