Discovery is at the heart of Scouting. One weekend we’re sleeping under the stars; the next we’re learning first aid, tackling a new skill, serving our community, or heading somewhere we’ve never been before.
At Troop 222, Scouts learn by doing. They take on challenges, build confidence, form friendships, and discover what they’re capable of along the way. With every adventure comes a little more independence, character, compassion, and leadership—and plenty of fun, too.

About Troop 222
Troop 222 is a longstanding Scout Troop in Menlo Park. We meet regularly on Thursdays from 7:00-8:30 PM at Menlo Church on Santa Cruz Avenue.
We have approximately 60 Scouts that mostly attend school in Menlo Park. Most of our younger Scouts attend Hillview and La Entrada Middle Schools and our older Scouts mostly Menlo Atherton High School. However, we draw Scouts from a variety of other neighboring schools including Nativity, Menlo School, and DTech.
We welcome both girls and boys to join in our scout-led, active outdoor program which includes hiking, camping, backpacking, cycling, swimming, outdoor skills and youth leadership training and opportunities.
